Tulip Town Open for business thru May 10

This photo was taken at Tulip Town on April 29 -- the tulips are beautiful and you don't want to miss them. Tulip Town features an indoor display, children's activities, tractor/trolley rides, an art shop and more. Normally Tulip Town closes on April 30.

Tulips still in bloom in Skagit Valley

Street Fair April 17-19

The Street Fair in downtown Mount Vernon, Washington was well attended -- the weather was perfect and the vendors did great. There was a nice mix of different kinds of food, from kettle corn to pulled pork barbecue sandwiches. Vendors sold everything from yard art to jewelry and photography. Kids enjoyed the face painting and clown booths.
